The minimum number of guests for a private party is 12 and we can accommodate up to 24 guests! We do have a few options for groups smaller than 12.
You are permitted to bring 2-3 CANS of your favorite adult beverages per person to enjoy on the bus. (NO HARD ALCOHOL or glass bottles) We will have coolers with ice & there will be plenty to drink at all of our stops!
We do not have a bathroom on the bus. We try to keep our stops close together!
We operate rain, shine, and snow as long as the roads are safe. There will be no individual refunds within 72 hours of your tour. Other refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Group cancelations within 1 week of your scheduled tour will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please don’t cancel! Lots of time and effort go in to planning these tours!
Pick-up and drop-off locations will be discussed when you plan your tour. We will arrange pick-up & drop-off at your Airbnb, hotel, home, ect.
Our all-inclusive tour prices vary based on tour stops and distance from our hub in Saratoga Springs, NY. Please contact us to build and price your unique tour!

We guarantee 4 amazing hours of drinks, fun and laughs! Time can be added based on availability for an additional $25 per person per hour.
Yes! All brew bus riders must be 21 years or older. ID’s will be checked upon boarding the bus and may be checked again by other establishments.
Tips are strongly encouraged. We pay our employees but they always appreciate a little extra scratch. Usual tips range from 10% – 20%.
The Spa City Brew Bus is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
